1. Introduction
   Welcome to JustCars.ng (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of JustCars.ng (“Platform”), including all related services, features, and content. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JustCars.ng. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using JustCars.ng, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
3. Eligibility
   To use JustCars.ng, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. You also agree that you are using the Platform for lawful purposes and that you will not use it in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4. User Account
   4.1 Account Creation To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and must keep this information up-to-date. You agree not to create an account using false information or on behalf of someone else without their permission.
   4.2 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
5. Services
   JustCars.ng provides an online platform for users to buy, sell, and advertise vehicles. Our services include, but are not limited to:
    Free Listings: Users can list their vehicles for sale at no cost, making it accessible for everyone to participate in the marketplace.

 Advertising Services: Users can pay for enhanced visibility of their vehicle listings, ensuring their cars appear prominently in search results and reach more potential buyers.  Verification Services: Dealers and individual sellers can opt for vehicle and dealer verification to build trust with buyers, providing peace of mind and credibility to transactions.

6. User Obligations
   6.1 Compliance with Laws You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your activities on the Platform, including listing and selling vehicles, are lawful. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any legal requirements associated with vehicle transactions in your jurisdiction.
   6.2 Prohibited Activities While using our Platform, you agree not to:  Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, including money laundering, scams, or deceptive practices.  Post false, misleading, or deceptive information about a vehicle’s condition, ownership, or price.
    Use automated means, such as bots or scripts, to access or interact with the Platform, except as expressly permitted by us.
    Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform, including transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code that could damage or impair our systems.
    Engage in any behavior that may harm or harass other users, including but not limited to abusive language or spamming.
7. Payments and Fees
   7.1 Advertising Fees Users may choose to pay for enhanced visibility of their vehicle listings to increase exposure and attract more buyers. The advertising fees are as follows:
    5,000 naira for 3 days of enhanced visibility.
    7,000 naira for 1 week of enhanced visibility.
    20,000 naira for 1 month of enhanced visibility.
    30,000 naira for 3 months of enhanced visibility.

7.2 Verification Fees Dealers and individuals may pay for verification services to enhance the credibility of their listings:
 Dealer Verification: 30,000 naira for 1 year or 60,000 naira for 3 years. Verified dealers gain a badge that helps build trust with potential buyers.
 Car Condition Verification: 30,000 naira per vehicle. This service provides a detailed report on the condition of the vehicle, giving buyers confidence in the listing’s accuracy.

8. Content
   8.1 User Content You retain ownership of any content you post, submit, or share on the Platform (“User Content”), including vehicle listings, images, descriptions, and other related information. By posting User Content, you grant JustCars.ng a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation of our Platform, including for promotional purposes.
   8.2 Prohibited Content You agree not to post any content that:  Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws, including but not limited to stolen vehicles or fraudulent listings.
    Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights.
    Contains offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate language, images, or material that could harm other users or damage our reputation.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
   9.1 Disclaimers JustCars.ng is a platform that facilitates the buying and selling of vehicles between users. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicles listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted between users, and we do not provide warranties of any kind regarding the vehicles, including their quality, condition, legality, or suitability for any purpose. Users are advised to exercise due diligence and take necessary precautions when conducting transactions.
   9.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustCars.ng, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:
    Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
    Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including fraudulent or misleading listings.
    Any content obtained from the Platform, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the content.

10. 10. Termination
        10.1 Termination by You You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by following the instructions on the Platform. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform, and any outstanding obligations (such as unpaid fees) remain your responsibility. 10.2 Termination by Us We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or if your conduct is harmful to JustCars.ng or other users. Termination by us does not limit any other remedies we may have available.
    11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
    12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
